Process
Step1: Fill empty water bottle with 1/3 cup rice
Blow up balloon and put it on the mouth of the water bottle (twisting the balloon can help)
Turn over balloon and water bottle and allow rice to go into the balloon.
Slowly let the air out of the balloon and tie.(make sure all air is out of the balloon)
Step2: Cut the ends off the other three balloons
Stretch empty balloon over the full balloon. (do this step twice)
Cut designs in final empty balloon then stretch over the full balloon
Leave the tied end of the balloon sticking out (this will be used later for the parachute)
Step3:Parachute Build
Unfold Tablecloth two times to make a rectangle
Unfold the table cloth until you reach 26 inches
Cut through the entire tablecloth at the 26 inch mark
Step4: Fold tablecloth into a square
Find the corner with the most loose ends
Place thumb on corner with most loose ends the fold into a triangle
Measure 5 inches from the bottom of the corner with your thumb on it
Cut off corner
Unfold tablecloth completely
Step5:You should have two crosses that are connected
Cut to separate the two crosses
Fold the ends of the cross together
Tape in place
Do this for all four sides
Step6:Cut two lengths of string that measure 33 inches
Tape the string to the inside of the parachute
Tape the other end of the sting to the closest corner
Do this step again with the remaining two corners
Step7:Cut a length of string to 8 inches
Tie one end of the string to your balloon
Tie the other end of the string to the two loops of the parachute
Step8:Packing the parachute
Hold parachute by the top and allow balloon to hang from the string
Roll the parachute toward the balloon(the tighter you roll it the longer the parachute takes to deploy)
Continue to roll the parachute past the string until you reach the balloon
Step9: Take outside and throw
